Clothing & Buckets
When gathering clothing, ask around to others who have gone on trek in the past or visit second hand stores. There are a few people in the ward that have pioneer clothes that are willing to lend them out. Also there are people willing to help you make some clothing if you need help.
Each person will need a 5 gallon bucket and a gamma lid(one that screws on) to keep their personal items in. There is a video link on how to make the bucket lid if you need to watch. All items should be placed inside the bucket or worn. (The sleeping bag does not need to go in the bucket.) Bring only what is on the list.
Handcart families
Handcart families will be a mix 8-10 people including Ma & Pa, children, youth, couples, single adults.
Children going on trek with be assigned with their parents. Adults are able to walk without having to push and pull a handcart.
